Shipping policy

Service Area

We ship locally in the Greater Los Angeles Area within 1-3 days of placing order. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please contact us at hello@blendtomendnutrition.com if you have specific delivery questions.

Shipping Fee

We offer flat-rate shipping at $7 per shipment with no minimum order. You can order as little as a single smoothie and as many as you like - and you still pay the same price per delivery.

Hours of Operation

Our frozen smoothies can be delivered 7 days a week, and will arrive 1-3 days after placing order.

If you’re in a pinch, please email us at hello@blendtomendnutrition.com to expedite delivery for next day at no additional delivery fee.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive an email notification with tracking number when your order ships, and when the order is delivered.

Science

We pack frozen smoothies in an insulated shipping box with enough cold gel packs to keep the contents perfectly frozen well into the evening of the delivery date. It gets as cold inside that box as your freezer: -4°F.

At home, we advise that you place all servings in the freezer (not door) immediately, understanding that you are receiving temperature sensitive ingredients.

Transit Time

No frozen goods will be in transit more than 6 hours.

No Signature Required

We authorize our last-mile delivery service to leave all packages at the shipping destination without a signature. That way, the recipient doesn’t have to be home to accept it, and frozen goods don’t melt during multiple delivery attempts, etc.
